UrbiGrow Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of UrbiGo d.o.o., a Serbian company headquartered in Belgrade.

We offer:

• Urbi Gardening Station
• EasyGrow Kit
• UrbiGrow App (mobile)

Physical products are available for shipping within all EU countries and Serbia. The app is available globally.

3. Orders & Payments

• Prices are in EUR and include VAT for EU customers.
• Orders are confirmed upon full payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to all EU countries and Serbia.
• Delivery times vary per country and are shown at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

• You may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

6. Warranty

• All UrbiGrow physical products come with a 2-year warranty under EU law.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not misuse or unauthorised modifications.

• We collect personal data (e.g., name, address, email) for order fulfillment.
• Use of our site/app implies consent to our Privacy Policy.
• You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content (images, logos, product designs, text) is owned by UrbiGo d.o.o.

• UrbiGo d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
