Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

• You have 30 days to return your item if it’s unused and in its original packaging.
• We’ll issue a refund once the product is returned and inspected.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

To request a return, please email us at info@urbigrow.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

If something looks off or your package hasn’t arrived, just contact us — we’re here to help.

Warranty

All Urbi smart gardening products come with a 2-year warranty, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Electrical or mechanical issues not caused by misuse

We’ll do our best to repair or replace it — or offer a refund if necessary.
